As part of a close-knit OSBP team—you’ll be empowered to think critically, work independently, and help shape the federal small business landscape.

  • Create and print outreach materials, including capability flyers, program overviews, and conference handouts.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in the OSBP workflow mailbox, routing emails and taking appropriate action.
  • Manage and maintain the OSBP outreach calendar and schedule industry engagement meetings for the OSBP Director.
  • Administer, analyze, and maintain the Salesforce-based vetted vendor database to support vendor sourcing, tracking, and reporting.
  • Stay informed on updates to small business regulations, SBA guidance, and procurement policy; brief team as needed.

Acquisition Support

  • Conduct market research using SAM.gov, FPDS, DSBS, and eSRS to identify small business candidates and justify set-aside decisions.
  • Review and provide corrective guidance on DD2579 forms and subcontracting plans prior to OSBP Director review.
  • Prepare and route 8(a) Offer Letters to the Small Business Administration (SBA).
  • Support documentation of acquisition strategy in collaboration with contracting officers and program teams.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate and submit recurring reports such as the Small Business Achievement Report and the Acquisition Forecast.
  • Track outreach metrics, engagement data, and OSBP program performance indicators to support leadership briefings and annual reviews.

Required Experience:
